Welcome to Dogible Services ("we," "our," "us"). By using our website, services, or creating an account, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

Dogible Services offers dog walking, dog sitting, and custom walking/sitting services. Other services are listed below. By booking a service, you agree to comply with the terms outlined herein.

Dogible has other services, such as "Dogible Services - Transportation", "Dogible Services - Payment Processing", "Dogible Services - Claims".

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals over the age of 16 or those who have attained the age permitted by local, state, or federal law. You must be at least 16 years old to use our services unless otherwise permitted by law.

3. Booking and Cancellations

  • Booking: Service bookings may be made through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment may be made in person or through an invoice.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time to avoid any fees. Refunds will be processed if the service is canceled in accordance with this policy and if payment was made in advance.

  • Refunds: Refunds are issued only if approved and will be processed according to the specifics of the cancellation.

4. Payment

  • Payments are handled through Stripe. Terms for Stripe payment system can be found here: 

  • We allow card payments from Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express (in eligible areas).

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing for services at any time. Clients will be notified in advance of any price changes.

For others, payments are due on the day the invoice states.

Please note: For all invoices that are outside of district limits and/or request paper/mail invoice will be required to pay a "Processing Fee". This cost varies per client as it depends on distance or delivery options.

Dogible Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are only responsible for direct damages related to the services provided.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States or Canada (based on country of service), and any legal actions shall be handled in the appropriate courts of those jurisdictions.

By using Dogible Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
